For me, this is quite awesome :-)
Now for some Bad News :-( even after taking a week and a half off of running, my bum knee still started to act up!
But now, Good News —-> (I’m looking at you Jenn & Caryl) I stopped running on it when it started to hurt & walked the rest of the way home…& am icing it up now, so don’t scold me...
